Debunking and combating the idea of laziness through education, compassion, and therapy.
Our Mission
At Lazy Brain Psychology, we believe that nobody is inherently lazy. Laziness is a disguise for a more serious and difficult pattern of thoughts and emotions that are preventing us from being as productive as we can be.
Our team takes the time to understand underlying reasons for lack of productivity and dissatisfaction by considering psychological factors that might be in play.
In adults, this might mean feeling less motivated to show up to work on time or at all.
In couples, this may look like not putting in effort to demonstrate love and passion for each other.
For children, this could mean slipping grades, not turning in work, and problems with peers.
